Our Ideal Success Profile
- Active resident Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Proven experience in commercial insurance sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, Professional Liability, Cyber Liability, Umbrella, and Business Owner's Policies (BOP).
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
